Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all brand tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After our warehouse team verifies the item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
